Hello, From these photos it looks like the leather is rotted and the stitching has torn out and there for would not be fixable at Hermes spa even for stitching only or even whole panel replacement, its doubtful this leather could handle and hold repair stitching without ripping out. Leather like this IMO is too far gone to consider it a fixer .
