Aside from the thickness (which can’t be helped and is part of the overall personality of this piece), that is a pretty small footprint on the wrist for a serious diver’s watch. I was told by an OMEGA representative that the 45mm lug-to-lug spacing was to ensure the PO 39.5mm sat in the centre of ones wrist.
