However, my f-i-l had a service done in 2006 which replaced the dial as well as the bezel and hands.The present watch is a very well persevered MK1 dial GMT-Master, highlighted by the string-like coronet and long “E” within the word Rolex. A highly sought after dial among Rolex collectors, the present watch is truly charismatic in its own right.
